The Core of Living
With the abundance of material possessions in our lives, consumption has become a habitual behavior, and our living spaces have transformed into storage areas that overwhelm us. The Poly Guangzhou Creative Apartment challenges this notion and believes that the core of living should be the expression of oneself, an idealized and enlightened place that contains only what we truly love.
Realizing the Design
The apartment features a combination of materials to bring the minimalist vision to life. The desktop is made of black steel, the bar counter is crafted from marble, the sofa is upholstered in cotton and linen, and the walls are adorned with logs. These carefully selected materials contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
Interactive and Functional
The design of the Poly Guangzhou Creative Apartment focuses on reducing unnecessary decorations and keeping only essential items. The space is divided by movable walls, allowing for flexibility in room sizes. The living room, in particular, can be expanded or contracted based on the needs of the residents, providing a clear and functional space for various activities.

The Poly Guangzhou Creative Apartment was designed to counter the fast-paced urban lifestyle and provide a peaceful retreat for its inhabitants.
